How is it, when Roy locks up the cafe at night, he clearly bolts the door...however Fiz can get in with just a set of keys?

Pst....it's no real !
It could be that a stage hand comes in through the back, slips the bolts back, lets Fiz in and then slips the bolts back again. Simples !
Awww you're a bright spark!
all the funerals ive been to we follow the hearse but when it arrived at the chapel all the friends attending were already there
some funerals Ive been to we have followed the hearse so far and then when we get to wherever, the hearse has gone a different way, say round the back cos its easier to park or some such reason
The funerals I've been to usually have family following the hearse and the rest meet at the church/crematoria/wherever.

Then the coffin goes in first, followed by family and then everyone else.

....never mind the hearse...what about these bolts!!!
Maybe Roy came downstairs early morning and unbolted the door secretly hoping fiz or anna would call to see him.
perhaps it was Hayley....SPOOKY.

The Magic (inconsistencies) of TV.
maybe Roy has started sleepwalking again and forgets to bolt the door in his return from the red rec.
It'll be something to do with mithering, whatever that is.
