The new market inspector is a bit dodgy isn't he?

He pocketed the back rent Kat & Bianca gave him & he didn't report Masood for taking the float money.

I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't even a market inspector at all but some sort of imposter conning everyone for as much as he can & then shooting off.
