Can anyone help me with a query? I'm trying to track down the name (and other appearances) by a black US comedian who appeared on an edition of BBC's "Paramount City", hosted by Arthur Smith, in 1990 / 1991. The stand-up comic had some great one-liners in his act, and one catchphrase that sticks in my mind is "The whole world is sick..".
Incidentally, The B52's appeared on this particular show performing "Love Shack" and "Roam", if that helps at all.

It could be Mario Joyner:

A write up on that episode (well the B52s appeared) here.
