Narrow Boat Tv Programme

Can anyone remember the title of a TV programme from a few years back, which followed the progress of a narrowboat from the UK (which had to be modified) which then crossed the channel and followed the canals through France. Ring any bells? TIA

It was called Water World. Timothy West introduced it and it had lots of features, historical and present day.
