US cartoon

There was a cartoon in the late 60s about a man, with a big bald head, who had a friend who was a little alien and flew in a small flying saucer.  The man may have been called Oscar. Does anybody remember it? Thanks

Just found a bit of info on it.  The man was called Oscar Mild and it was first shown in 1964 in USA
