Really difficult one...

What was the name of the mixed race transexual comedian who occasionally used to appear on things like the Comic Strip back in the 80s?

Oh...he might not have been a 'proper' transexual...just to make it more difficult. He may have simply been in drag.
Eddie Izzard?
Alexei Sayle was in it...
I'm getting too slow!

It's because of people like you (and almost Buenchico) that I love this site.

A million thanks.

My partner and I were watching a trailer for a Comic Strip documentary, and began discussing the various levels of success they had enjoyed.

Then we realised we couldn't remember Al Pillay's name.

And Google for once, was useless.

Replace Google with the AnswerBank I say!!!
They don't have verbal punch-ups and flounces on google SP. AB has entertainment value.

>>>Google for once, was useless

But I used Google and I suspect that Sloopy did as well! The search string I used was this one:
"comic strip presents" "transexual"
Google is my friend too.. under Comic Strip cast

love the quote from Chris's link
