I've no idea what the makers of this programme want, if they're going for 'news' then they should have hired some serious/respected journalsits (I'm sure there are some) instead of dimwit who presents a banal quiz show and Susu. If the programme lasts 6 months, i'll be surprised.

After all these glowing reviews, I think I'll give it a miss!
Hopkirk...you can dodge everything easily by not turning the TV on...
No you can't.

The family turn it on.
Too soon for a definitive judgement.

I'm not at all sure about the line-up behind a desk, the 'we are all one team' ethos may be important to them, but it doesn't make a good visual image.

Still, they had to do something - let's give them time to bed in and see how it goes.
If you just want the news first thing in the morning, like me, then as others have said, radio is the way to go.
Hopkirk....and you just HAVE to watch it, I presume?
Susanna looked over dressed and her hair too dark. And why One Direction taking up a big chunk of the programme so early in the morning. And we do not need a silly competition with a wheel either. Had high hopes after the Kelly/ Jones combination got the push. Early days but needs to deal with the news and sport and local news and no trivia early in the morning. And hopefully it will settle down. Do like a bit of Morning TV with my first cuppa.
must admit i didnt watch it because i cant stand adverts so early in the morning but reading this it appears i didnt miss that much. ill stick with BBC
Shows how out of touch I can be on occasion. Didn't realise they had changed shows until I turned over for a short while this morning. Usually the TV comes on, on BBC1, I look at that for a while, then flick channels, usually to look at ITV, then go see if the comedy on 4 is still a repeat. But it seems I've been missing that middle stage this week.

Based on a quite short viewing, I'm less than keen. It seems to have lost all its friendly atmosphere and reminds me of Sky News, all stilted and more serious. But we have had weird and wacky morning shows in the past and got used to them, I'm sure the same acceptance can happen for this format.
I don't usually watch any tv in the morning, but OH watches Sky news. I just turned over while he was out to see what you are all talking about and I'm not impressed. Why is Ben Sheperd wearing a 3piece suit in the morning? He looks very uncomfortable. And who cares about why Prince Harry and Cressida split up? Do we really need a person brought in to discuss that?
Susan na won't last. Give me Loise and bill and Charlie any day!
Well I lasted 30 seconds then I heard Andi Peters voice, so I quickly took refuge back in the BBC.
