I watch this every week but often suspect I am missing episodes. What was the small pill Elizabeth took last night before murdering the Pakistani diploma? How could she be sure the pool would be empty? Who is Annalise? Why does Philip act as if he loves her? Does she know he is a Russian undercover agent? If she does, why is she helping him?

It's a great series worth persevering and watching but you have to concentrate on what is happening. I'm waiting for series 2 but doesn't look as if we are going to get it here in Zim.

I´m at the end of series 2, last one next week. I love it, but it is confusing. Philip does love Elizabeth and he is starting to like the American way of life, hence the new car, she is very committed to Russia and too hard in my opinion. Yes she knows cos they are both undercover agents. Well, I think that is how it is!!!

But who is Annalise?

Annalise is the wife of a government official,they did say in the episode but I can't remember.Philip has recruited her posing as a member of the Swedish intelligence service,seemingly in much the same way as her recruited Martha by getting her to fall in love with him.They had checked out Javeed's routine and whether the pool would be occupied.

Philip would flip in a minute I think he does like the American way but Elizabeth is definitely hard line.

But does anyone know what the small white pill was all about that Elizabeth took before her swim?

I looked up episode reviews and one of them suggests that the pill is to counteract the effect of whatever Elizabeth injected Javeed with.
