Bat As Against The Rest

I am so annoyed about how awful BT is. We got stuck with them partly because we were initially in a flat (and now in a house) and partly because, with caring full time for my invalid husband, I can't cope with changing to another system.

I need a land line and unlimited broadband, and as we are both tied to the house we tend to watch an enormous amount of television, but is there an alternative??
I read a lot of bad publicity about Sky, but is Virgin any better??

Sorry, BT as against the rest, but yes they are driving me bats.

Ignore the so called bad publicity & go for sky, as we have done. When the equipment has been installed you are committed for 12 months. After 12 months cancel the Sky contract, the sky equipment ( which is your property) can then be used to receive Freesat & of course it's all in the wording IT'S FREE.
