'Sukiyaki' what tv programme was it theme to??

The much talkied about Sukiyaki music in the 3g adverts (with the basketball girl with big hands) was a theme or title music to a show on TV years ago. Waterfront , watermargin or somehting like that , anyone know what it was called and what it was about?? ! thanks

The programme you're thinking of was "The Water Margin". It was a sort of Japanese version of Robin Hood, or something. BUT the theme music *wasn't* Sukiyaki, it was a piece specially written for the show by some bloke called Godiego.

I loved TheWater Margin. There was another programme which came later, but this one was a "Reality Show" about a village in China...Great Stuff.
