I owed them 115 from last March, they switched it off in June last year and I have kept putting off sorting it out, anyway, I got a mail shot today when I got in from work, asking if I wanted to get it back on and that they would pay up to 50 off any bill outstanding, so i thought yeah, good deal. Anyway I rang up, (on the house phone cos at that time I couldn't just spot my mobile!) and the chap looked up my account and reminded me of the debt, and then said they would wipe it entirely! And I didn't even have to ask! Do you think he is an AB user and recognised the thread! Sky came on a half hour later, and he said he would also send me 40 of JJB vouchers, now that is a consumer friendly company! I am well impressed!

Read in the City pages last week that there is a strong possibility Sky may offer Sky Plus systems for free, only pay for installation some time next year, certainly hope so.
