strange how donna's Mesothelioma has about 1 month to go before the end and is happy smiling running round and carrying a young child about.
my brother died of that and for the last four months was on a portable oxygen tank and took him all his strength the get to and from the bedroom

just wondered if they did any research on this disease before committing to story.cos it sure does'nt look like it

They always say they do so they 'get it right' but speaking from personal experience (as you are Ivor) cancer sufferers in soaps get so much more in the way of hospital appointments, support and so on than I ever have. Sometimes they are so way off you wonder where they get it from.

Still find it upsetting, nothing can be worse than mother having to leave a young child.
