If you mean the end credits theme, its called Bottom End Theme and its by the Bum Notes.

It's been a long time since I've seen it, but I seem to remember it as 'Last Night' by the Mar-Kays.

The ending credits theme to Bottom was indeed originally performed by The Mar-Keys and was called Last Night.  The version on the Bottom ending credits was, as I have said, performed by the Bum Notes and called Bottom End Theme.
