This should be interesting! Some of the worst meals I ever had were at English-run establishments whilst in Spain.
What makes people think that when they open a bar abroad they can suddenly become cooks?

I enjoy his expose/help of restaurants and how incompetent they are. And then I recall I eat out sometimes !

It's probably one thing to cook at home but something entirely different to work in a catering environment.
A course at catering college before they headed of into the sun would help some of them.
