Dalziel and Pascoe BBC1

Did anyone see this programme last night?  Is it meant to be a new series?  I have read the book and can't work out if last night's episode was a repeat or not.  Agh.

It was billed as a "special" not sure if thats another word for repeat or not in tv jargon. Oh , someone has just said that it is 3 years old so not new series then. I must say if that Dalziel carries on like that all the time he's gonna have a heart attack! I have never watched it before and can't say I was very impressed with the acting.

Great, thanks, that means I won't waste 2 more hours watching it! I have already wasted the final hour on Messiah - who thinks up these things?

I agree about Dalziel, and I though he looked a bit thinner but if it's from 3 years ago, that explains it!
