There's no business like show business, as the saying goes .
Some of these stars can't face growing older I suppose and wish to appear to their public as they were in their heyday.
At least Mick Jagger hasn't gone under the knife :)

I think he had a tumour removed from his face/neck a few years ago which caused some disfiguration.

I remember seeing him on The Graham Norton Show (earlier this year, I think) and he seemed to me to have had some sort of cheek implants. He does look like a parody of himself. As long as he is happy with what he has had done. I guess he is lucky his surgery didn't result in him looking like Jackie Stallone...
