Just watching an evening with SD jnr. He is fantastic. Repeated on BBC4 at 1.15 am. For anyone interested.

Loved it, great programme. I was lucky enough to see him in concert with Frank Sinatra. At the time I didn't realise just how lucky.

I saw him in the sixties in Liverpool, fantastic concert. At the end he said "Idont feel I gave my best tonight, I would like to do the show again if you have the
time" and he did it again from start to finish. I got into trouble with my mother over being home late but it was worth it.

I missed it Caran. I loved Sammy Davis and met him in the 60s. He was a really nice man, a bit of a flirt with the girls , but really lovely.
