Charlotte Rampling as prosecution QC is taking instructions from the victims parents ( er... what ? ) and is even planning to charge them ( fees) I think ( erk ?)
Sort of CPS gone mad - and it is not even old law ! - so any more subtle plot holes I am prepared to ignore .....

Pauline Quirke (Susan Wright) confuses it for me even more because i can't remember what she had to do with it as well as her son, who she has now accused! What was that lad doing staying in her caravan and where has she been? I can see this going the same way as 'Missing' where you feel you should watch it even if you don't always understand it. x
I do have trouble remembering some of the first one now
