Falling asleep

Reading the questions re film and tv, an amazing amount of you fall asleep half way through a film and programme you really wanted to see. I thought it was only me who did that.

Do your wives moan at you when you wake up as my one does?

My wife always falls asleep during the most complicated and twisty plot films with a great ending. Her first words on waking......What Happened?   I have on one or two occcasions made up a completely different end and then wait for her to watch the repeat a year or so later.  Good sport for the sleepyheads.

Thanks for that Cristo quite excellent. Will try that when my wife who also falls asleep wakes up after missing the plot. I hope she doesn't read this and try it on me.At the moment she is quite amused with the incoherent mumblings as I regain consciousness.

My husband is thrilled I have the timespan of a goldfish.He gets peace to watch something without my constant who is that and what are they doing.

I have the timespan to watch Corrie and not much else.Thinks its to do with the fact I can survive an 8 hour shift at the pub no bother because I'm bumping my gums and not having to be quiet!!
