Whilst I was in England recently I was watching "Home and Away" (no comments) but on my brother-in-laws tv which is Sky he had a running commentary ie Kane walks into the room, Hayley takes off her shoes that sort of thing.  Back home and still on Sky I don't anything like it. I get the miming for the hearing impaired but no commentary.  Why is this?

The most recent Sky software update for the digibox included a Narrative option, as you describe.

You can tell if your digibox has received the update by pressing the Help button on the remote handset, which would bring up a menu to enable Narrative and/or Subtitles.
