This sort of behaviour and "attitude" does nothing to improve the image of black people amongst the general public.
I did not watch the Brits, but have seen the photos, and the gang of black men behind him in their dark clothing and hoodies only reinforce the public image that you don't want to live or work near them.
My daughter used to work in a shop in a modern shopping centre, and whenever a small gang of black people (male or female) came in to the shopping centre a warning would go round the shops via the security system.
THAT is the sort of reputation they have, and idiots like this guy only reinforce it.
