Well that was the end was it. No conclusions all round. Very frustrating. It has been a great series, thoroughly enjoyed it but do wish it had ended "properly"

I totally agree Caran, it started really well but fizzled out to Pizzzz**** what a shame!
I'm just sure there will be another series, so many things left up in the air - all the stories in fact. It's been just brilliant all through.
Feel hard done by but am hoping there was no proper conclusion as there is going to be another series. Some good acting tonight.
I've just been googling and not finding anything specific except several references to this being Series 1.
Brilliant show. Great acting From the cast. Thought Jo Joyner was superb tonight. An excellent actress who will become a big big star. There must be another series. Pity it's over for now. Tuesday nights will not be the same.

Interview with the writer above, nothing commissioned, but he is putting ideas forward for a second series.
As it was getting to 10pm, I thought it was going to finish at 10.30 as its the last episode, then I thought the long lost hubby was going to leave the house and jump in front of a train or a bridge.

Then when it did end, I was fuming, but at the same time I was pleased, as there should be another series, I hope.
Forgot to ask.......where have I seen the long lost father (actor) before?

Trt I felt exactly the same, it's a misprint, it can't finish at 10.00 pm.

I felt there was still too much to do.
Can anybody tell me where her husband turned up please? I missed the beginning.
Picking fruit on a farm in Margate.
Thanks sherr, who found him? (Should have asked that as well!).
He got caught shoplifting and the police found out he was a 'missing person'. They asked if he wanted his wife to know he had been found and he said yes (we didn't see that bit, just the police explaining it to his wife). She went to Margate but he had left the police station and had gone to the farm, when she got to the farm he had left but the owner contacted her when he returned and then he eventually spoke to her.
Thanks a lot sherr, I don't mind that I missed that bit now !
I watched this for the first time last night and agree that acting was great especially Jo Joyner. But still think of her as Tanya! Also, I was distracted when Tina and Shelley from Corrie popped up!
The errant husband was accused of assault on the shopkeeper and of shoplifting, yet he was released with no consequences, apparently. He might have accepted a caution, but that was not mentioned. But it would not surprise me if he had been let off with a stern "Don't do it again" and a wagging finger in such a real-life situation.
