I have just finished the Boxed set of the biopic of Cilla Black, on my NOW TV box. I was amazed at Sheridan Smith ! Her singing voice was superb....is there no end to this girls talents ?

I can recommend watching Cilla.... I thought it evoked the atmosphere
of the early 60s very well. After this I am inclined to watch Smith in anything
from now on !

I thought Mikey - her voice was superb. Think she is in the process or maybe it is finished of playing a girl with cancer. You could look out for that.

As someone has said, she was in the Royle Family. One of my favourite moments from this, one of the best sitcoms, was when Anthony first brought her home and we all learned that she was a vegetarian. Much consternation ensued and Nanna asked if she could have some wafer thin ham !

She was also very good as Smithy's sister in Gavin and Stacey. Another brilliant series I thought with a stellar cast.

I have liked her from the first time I saw her in '' The Royal Family' and other stuff. She was also brilliant playing the wife of Biggs, the train robber.

She is in something new coming up soon on TV, but cant remember name.

I am a huge fan of hers and will watch anything and everything she is in. Never disappointed.

She also starred in Legally Blonde (which I think was written with her in mind) when it first opened. She was absolutely amazing and was on stage for the majority of the show.
