Deidre just happened to have left a note in it saying which song she wanted played at her funeral, the tin Tracey remembered as they were arguing over which music she would have wanted. Really? How convenient.

I'm more bemused that people still use sweet tins to keep things in :)

Does anyone on here still use tins for nick-nacks and keepsakes?

Hahaha I know....it was just a passing thought really. I remember Mum used to have tins full of buttons and stuff like that but I can't recall if she still has them.

I'm not having one - doing whole body donation to teaching hospital. Nobody wants to go to them anyway and I'd rather they had a pint at their local and remembered me that way.

It is usual to contact the Undertakers and they will along with your wishes take care of the funeral arrangements it was very convenient of Tracey to remember the tin, sweet smell of success saved them having to think and argue!
