Song Used On Drama Channel Ad

There's a new ad on the Drama Channel with a really good song on it. Its a man's voice with piano accompaniment and the song is about "its the best time of the day, its nine o'clock" I have done a google and can't find it, any help appreciated. Thanks.

The voice sounds a bit like Michael Buble but i don't think it is.

There's a song called Nine o' clock sung by The Barbers (I think) on an oldish albumn of theirs (about 2001), You could google that ...
