I am looking for a horror movie with a peculiar name, and all i can remember is an old man in a wheelchair? (not 'Misery') Help!

Hi is the film were they were, killing people and he had to have their blood to keep him young??????? lived in a big old creepy mansion.

If there was singing. possibly "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", or if Boris Karloff was using mind control on Ian Ogilvy, possibly "The Sorcerers".
