This morning on the Ken Bruce radio show, I'm sure I heard him say, here is a strictly spoiler. He named a contestant as the that is voted off this weekend.
Is the programme really live as it is shown on Saturdays?

Its live on saturday and sunday's program is also recorded on saturday. I know people who have been, its definitely live on saturdays.

It must have been a joke. First of all it is certainly not recorded this early in the week. Second, Ken Bruce would know it's more than his job's worth to give a spoiler on air about a major BBC show.

Any such comment by a Beeb presenter could slew the bookies odds which is very much against Beeb rules.
