I've just watched it on the computer. It was a strange thing to say, but I think he said it jokingly.

I think the words tumbled out of his mouth like a tongue tied teenager, he may have heard someone say something like ....'Oh he's so cute I could squeeze him and eat him all up' tried to replicate something similar and failed.


There was absolutely no malice in his voice or on his face.

That's right Mamya, and I heard him say 'cute' at the end. I'm glad because he's one of my favourites to win. Either him or Georgia.

I think he does find it difficult to get involved in chit-chat and I agree with Mamyalynne.
I've not heard the clip but wonder if he did say kick it or something else. I was half listening and just thought from his body language and tone that he was agreeing that the kid was cute
