And who was the one who had her killed - albeit by accident?

Thanks for all of this! Agree it is getting a bit over culty but my mate says the weeping angels are frozen time lords so Amy and Rory are just back in time or somewhere else in the space time continuum and Clara is now a pan dimensional being operating in space time like 'Q' in Star Trek Next Gen. All a bit much when I am eating my pizza! Thanks all.
