Virgin Tv On Demand

Does anyone use this? I find it slow and clunky with a very limited choice. I haven't been able to watch a whole programme without it freezing, that's when it works at all.

Catch up tv works well.

I had Virgin TV for years until about 6 months ago when I moved. I never had a problem with freezing or playback with On demand, though occasionally with catch up.
It was a limited choice though.

I watched about 20 movies on demand during 2015 and didn't have any problems with freezing but haven't tried any of the TV on demand (I'd be surprised if it was different).

I'll have to give it another go.

The funny thing is Amazon Prime and Netflix work very well on the same tv.

No problems for us either - give Virgin (150) a ring and they'll sort it.
