I didn't watch the first series but, always meant to. Will I know what is going on in the second series?

I know it received many plaudits the first time round.

I would imagine they will give a brief resume of the previous series. I'm sure you will soon pick it up. It was so good, really nail-biting stuff, particularly when we didn't know whether she would be able to rescue her grandson in time.

No..it was a bit complicated. You should either watch the whole series on BBC i-Player before Tuesday evening(!) or do a quick catch-up here....

If you can get access to it though it is well worth a watch, a fantastic series! I believe the baddy from the first season is back in the second.
