I usually love the Scandi-dramas but have struggled with this one. I got half way through the second episode last night (recorded) and switched off. I couldn't understand all the complex relationships between various people and can't understand why the female lawyer has been promoted to the top so quickly.
Just need someone to say that it's not just me!!!

A bit complicated, maybe, but not so much that it detracts and all will no doubt be explained. Think the female lawyer was promotoed after grassing her boss up because the main man believes he can manipulate her to his will - whatever he has up his sleeve. Gotta stick with it as it was written by one of the co-writers of Borgen

I agree Hellywelly - we watched one and a half episodes and just couldn't get interested in the story, but then we did the same with Borgen! Perhaps there was too much underhand politicking for our taste.
