Have we seen Heiffer (if that's the correct spelling) from X Factor before? I'm thinking she may have been on Pop Idol?

Yep, Haifa made the final 50 in the very first Pop Idol (the Will Young one)

And she also appeared on BBC1s Making your mind Up, attempting to be the UK Eurovision entry in 2004
