On the cookery programme Eating Well with Hemsley and Hemsley, I don't recall them cooking the dessert or the lamb!
The put the anchovies and garlic on the lamb and covered it with foil, and we're going to slow cook it, but at the end of the programme they said it had been cooked in red wine.
Likewise the chocolate fig dessert, I saw them put it in the fridge, the next time we saw it they were serving it to their guests saying "be careful, it's hot!" I don't recall them putting it in the oven.
I noticed their Huevos Rancheros, because they used tinned tomatoes, the pepper was still hard and the egg white was uncooked!
Very strange!
