as some of you have no doubt guessed I caught some daytime TV today and I watched this Rinder bloke. Ok he seemed to talk sense and I more or less agreed with his rulings but what is to stop the losers just ignoring it?

As has been mentioned before, all costs etc are paid by the television company.
Ignore it to do, what?
/// but what is to stop the losers just ignoring it?///

Why should he? It's a win win fro both loser and winner as the TV company pays the lot.

danny/sqad has answered it thanks, chrissa not sure why you are being obtuse it's obvious what I am asking.
As has been said, the production company pays.

However to answer the actual question, 'Judge' Rinder's rulings can't be enforceable because he's not actually a judge! He's simply a barrister and, while some barristers do serve as part-time judges (called 'recorders'), he's not one of them and the place where he's working from isn't a court of law either. (That's why he only has a symbolic 'scales of justice' sign behind him, rather than the Royal Coat of Arms)
I know what you mean TTT,
he said today to a Latvian bloke I think, that he must keep up the £20.00 a week or month.
He also uses a gavel - which UK judges don't - just U.S. ones - but it's a nice effect.
I don't know why the losers are so miserable then, if they don't have to pay !
Because they have been found to be liars, or just plain wrong
Oh.
I don't think I've ever been obtuse in my life, TTT. I was genuinely asking why they would ignore it. Soz.
As said if Mr X is ordered to pay £1,000 to Miss Y the TV company pay it for them. The people appearing also get a fee for being on the show. It is no more than a glorified game show.
Sounds like it EDDIE.

chrissa, at the time I did not know that the TV company pays all the money so suppose the "judge" said the loser had to pay X £5000, I was simply wondering what would stop the person in question simply ignoring that.
