But they always leave on the same day they decide, they never give any notice.
Tess, lofty, Dixie, Zoe, Mac all just went off into the sunset without giving notice to their work, their flats, their friends or families.

Think the actors may have just decided that it was time to move on to pastures new. None have been killed off, so it leaves the door open for their return. Would like to see Dixie, Tess and Lofty back.
