Does Anyone Remember Nancy, The Artist?

I remember quite some time ago, there used to be a programme with an artist called Nancy, who did all her pictures with pallete knives. Does anyone remember this and her full name? TIA.

clarion; I wrote the above when I was 'tired (I'm one hour later than the time stated) and emotional' - as they used to say of George Brown.

My point being that it is irrelevant how an artwork is made and so is the pleasing of its creator.
I don't believe any good artist is fully satisfied with what they have made - it could always be better.

Keep trying to get 'em straight down the middle!
