What was the names of the kids programme (70s/80s - can't remember which) that had s really horrible and scary witch that actually was a TV set(inside the TV set) ? She'd walk over on the 4 legs it sat on and she was really quite vile and scary? What was the name of the show & what was her name? It's bugging me now!!! Thanks in advance!!!
