In the TV quiz Bullseye they stated that one person was a dart player and one a NON dart player...How did they know that the non dart player wasnt lieing to gain an advantage?

I dont know, but did'nt they do a good job!!! Even the dart players could'nt hit a barn door from sixf eet!
