I preferred Strictly when non-dancers went on a "journey" and learned and progressed, like Darren Gough. Now the show focuses on beautiful young contestants. Trained dancer Danny Mac is already good enough to be a pro. Louise has danced for ages as a pop star. They focus on Laura Whitmore too as she is pretty. Wrong emphasis now, don't ha think?

Yes Cloverjo, If it was so bad Anastasia shouldn't have been allowed to dance in the first place with a pulled muscle, and if she was fit to perform -why not go in the dance off? "Unfair" - she cried!! But I suspect as usual - its who's in favour and who's not that counts, not the actual dancing! Go Ed!!

I agree with lardhelmet, the elimination programme was a farce and under the circumstances should have been cancelled, but then I liked Melvyn.

Result was unfair they should put Melvin through Anastasia was unfit to dance so therefore she forfeited the game or they should have put both through to next week. The aim of the show is to improve and Melvin could have improved.
