Can anyone remember a tv series in the late 70's about rugby league team?
It was probably set in yorkshire

No - I think it might be called Trinity Tales because I'm sure a new actor called Paul Copley was in it
Does anyone remember it at all?

Actually I'm not sure it is Trinity Tales because I'm sure there was an actor called ken Hutchinson (who went on to appear as Heathcliffe in the BBC series) in it and it doesn't appear to be on his profile
All I think o can remember is it was a group of rugby league player and one was having an affair with his best friends wife.
It was between 1973 to 1978 and was quite gritty
I'm wondering if it was only shown in the north anyway I'm sure it was bbc2
