PMSL at Paraguay - maybe they meant Portugal, although I think it's just a bit too far west, so they'd still have been wrong.
To be honest Belgium isn't that bad a guess - it's just a bit too far east though.
I didn't watch it, but I'm guessing the top answers were France and Spain??
My guess would have been Morocco, I think it just about squeezes in, although I doubt this would have been pointless :(

I think maybe the contestant was thinking of countries that are SOUTH of Britain, when it should have been DUE South. i.e., they missed the word "DUE", and that made all the difference.
