I am looking for a film where a young girl keeps losing her bloomers.  She loses them on an ice skating rink and to hide her embarasment she pretends to faint.  She has a crush on her teacher and they end up falling in love.  Her dad takes her to a school dance.  It could be a B/W but not sure.  Thanks to dothawkes for your answer but it is not Little Women.
