Still going round in circles.
I got through to the support people but they just kept telling me to put in my email address and password, despite me telling them twice that all I can get is a blank black screen, with no option to put in anything.
Had the idea of downloading another BBC Store app, and this time success, except that I have changed my email, and don't have access to my old email address. There doesn't seem to be the facility to inform the BBC that an email has changed. I can't be the first person to ever have this happen to??
Any thoughts appreciated.
