I agree. I always thought Lional Blair would be a good compare (I met him once, nice man) but unfortunately the TV production companies and the viewing public are ageist so I don`t think it will happen.

There already is a replacement for Bruce: Tess Daly. What they're going to need is a replacement for Len Goodman - though why he would want to leave when he's on £120,000 for 11 Saturdays' work, I don't know. Maybe it's the reported £800,000 Len gets for doing the American version, Dancing With The Stars, and he doesn't need the money!

*Compere* I must stop typing as I speak. Tess Daly wasn`t a substitute for Bruce though because she doesn`t have a history in dance. Lionel does.

They just need a decent presenter though, not a dance expert. Lionel Blair would be useless, he's far too old.
Only the judges need to be experts but I really wouldn't like to see Anton as a judge as I'm not very keen on him.
