Every naffing program it seems must pepper itself with spoilers. What's wrong with letting the program unfold on it's own? Are they just deliberately trying annoy the viewer? What's behind this idiocy?

"Here's what happened last week", "Here's what's coming up tonight", "Here's a summary of what you just watched", "Here's what's coming up after the break", "Before the break, we saw ...", "Here's what's coming up next week", and on it goes!
