I don't use it very often but every time I try, it's hopeless. Doesn't play at all or jumps. Do any of you have the same problem?

Chris, I can't download that..... I can't download anything since the "great incident" of mucking up passwords:-(

Hc I haven't tried it on my tablet. I've actually got it working now, but its never easy - takes about 4 or 5 attempts usually.

Assuming that your download speed is OK, your simplest solution would be to make your TV 'smart', so that you can watch ITV Hub, BBC iPlayer, All 4 and Demand 5 directly on your TV set (rather than on your computer or whatever). A Now TV box (for just fifteen quid) is all you'd need and you'd get access to Youtube, Spotify and lots of other stuff via your TV as well.

Thanks Chris I'll have a look at that. Our son bought something for us last Christmas. Possibly firestick? You can get all sorts of things on it. We're still trying fathom it out!!!
