Good Evening, all, hope someone can help.

OH and I are lifelong fans of Dorothy L. Sayers and the subj. arose this evening. I cited Edward P. as I.M.O. the definitive Peter Wimsey and eventually we decided to buy a boxed set (BBC 1980's OH missed it as he was in France).

We can't find one! We can find boxed sets with Ian Carmichael (dear chap and a good series, but not the same) but only a couple with Petherbridge - and the prices are steep, but steep! Can anybody point us in the direction of what we want, please? T.I.A. xx

jourdain, keep checking Amazon because I didn’t pay that much. There is an amazon app called camel camel that will track the price of stuff, I think you can get alerts when the price hits your purchase point
I was wrong...its three camels!

Thanks again, woof - I can try ebay, too. :)
You can get multi-region dvd players for about £40 on Amazon

Thank you Corby, that's interesting to know. I thought they would be much more than that. :)
