Which character in Neighbours died (if any), after pulling down the sun visor in their car, and having a spider falling on their lap, before crashing their car?

It Was'nt Neighbours it was in Home and Away but i don't know who,all I remember is it was some sort of practical joke gone wrong

It was a really unpleasant guy whose brother was the P.E teacher and equally unpleasant. The first guy was also wrongly accused of attacking Carli.Can't remember his name though, sorry.
