"The severity of agoraphobia can vary significantly between individuals.

For example, someone with severe agoraphobia may be unable to leave the house, whereas someone who has mild agoraphobia may be able to travel short distances without problems".

I watched 10 minutes, and that was enough.
One factor is that our benefit system allows for this and is generous enough to make it a viable option for those who are able to convince others- and maybe even themselves- that the condition prevents them from working. People also have this sense of entitlement and sometimes claim to have 'paid in' when they haven't.
But for every case where people say the system is too generous there are other cases where people with disabilities are seen to be treated harshly in terms of sanctions.
I wish I knew the answer but I think those who want to play the system will unfortunately find a way through it.
I suffered with mild agoraphobia after being attacked. It was more a case of being scared of going out on my own.

I knew I'd get over it as I knew the cause. Luckily I worked from home at the time.
Just like the professional beggars in every city centre there are professional benefit cheats, they know all of the dodges and how to claim for this, that and many other things.
The government should set up a huge task force to look into many of these peoples lifestyles - genuine claimants, low paid workers and pensioners are struggling because they do not know, or are afraid to claim!
